Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The SF Clubs Directory website and related services (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. SF Pass member features require an active paid subscription unless we state otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

SF Pass is a recurring subscription (currently $6 per month) billed through Stripe. Price, billing interval, and features are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or other method we provide; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly offered by us.

Club listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, safety, or acceptance into any club.

Links and contact details for clubs may lead to third-party sites or services we do not control.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. profile photo, passport images, names, and notes). You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Site.

You agree not to upload unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Friend connections are formed when a member uses your invite link while logged in with an active SF Pass. Do not share invite links in ways that violate others’ expectations or applicable law.

We may limit or revoke invite or friends features to prevent abuse.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including: scraping or automated access without permission, attempting to bypass paywalls or security, impersonating others, or interfering with other users’ experience.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You may stop using the Site at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
